Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales made through Ghost Supply are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
We do not accept returns on any items, including sealed packs, singles, or any other trading card products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described, or if your order arrives severely damaged due to shipping, please contact us at ghostsupplycontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and at our sole discretion.
Ghost Supply is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. Once a package is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for lost package claims.
